About Shauna-kaye Brown, DTM, JD
Shauna-kaye Brown is a Certified John Maxwell Speaker, Trainer, and Coach, a Distinguished Toastmaster, Attorney, #1 bestselling author, and transformational leader. With more than a decade of frontline and executive leadership experience, she has coached and trained individuals, churches, schools, corporations, and nonprofit organizations across a wide spectrum of needs.
Her unique approach blends spiritual truth, emotional intelligence, strategic communication, and personal development principles. She is known for speaking and coaching with clarity, conviction, and compassion.
Her passion is simple: to help people rise into their God-given potential and lead with purpose, integrity, and impact.
Shauna-kaye served as Vice President of Housing at a New York based nonprofit organization, where she led a large portfolio of housing services programs, supervised more than 250 staff members, developed robust performance goals, wrote policies and procedures, and contributed to strategic initiatives that shaped outcomes for vulnerable populations across the city. Her experience in high pressure and politically complex environments, including navigating unjust treatment and difficult leadership climates, fuels her commitment to address burnout, workplace trauma, toxic leadership, and organizational dysfunction with honesty and optimism.
Drawing from her background in law, executive leadership, ministry, and personal breakthrough, Shauna-kaye integrates spiritual truth, emotional intelligence, and strategic planning to help leaders, teams, and professionals rise from disruption into purpose driven impact.
